# Verification and Credits

> What FullEnrich does with the values found by your providers, and what it costs.

Your provider bills your own account for each call made with your key. The `verify` setting of the key selects what FullEnrich does with the values it returns.

| `verify` | Values returned | FullEnrich credits |
| - | - | - |
| `true` (default) | Verified. Emails and phones have the usual statuses. Invalid values are filtered as for any other provider. | Consumed for each valid value, at a reduced rate. Contact us for the rate. |
| `false` | Not verified. Emails have the status `UNVERIFIED`. Phones have the line status `UNVERIFIED`. | None. |

Values found by the FullEnrich providers keep the standard credit rules.

## When your credentials fail

If your provider refuses your credentials during an enrichment, FullEnrich uses its own account for that provider when it has one. The values found this way follow the standard credit rules, and do not carry `byok_provider`.

The key stays enabled after a failure. Use [`GET /providers/{provider}/status`](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/providers/status) to check it, and [`POST /providers/{provider}`](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/providers/update) to replace the credentials.
