Rate Limit
The default rate limit is 60 requests per minute, with a batch size of up to 100 contacts per request. This means you can send up to 6,000 contacts per minute to FullEnrich. Need a higher rate limit?Contact our team—we can increase your rate limit if needed.
Queue Size
Each workspace has a default queue size of 100 concurrent enrichments.This means up to 100 contacts are processed at the same time within your workspace.
If you submit more than 100 contacts, the extra contacts wait in the queue until a slot is free. As soon as a running enrichment finishes, the next one in the queue starts. Need a higher queue size?
Queue size can be increased for high-volume customers and is set based on your volume in the commercial agreement. Reach out to our team to discuss.
Batch vs. Single Enrichment
FullEnrich uses the/enrich/bulk endpoint for all enrichment. You can use this endpoint for both single and multiple contacts.If you want to enrich one contact in real-time, simply send a batch with a single contact.
For processing lists or automated jobs, you can submit larger batches (up to the batch limit).
